Rental Policy:

Business days are based on a 7 day work week, Monday through Sunday, 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM. Our daily rentals are based on 8-hour period within this 8 hour operational time frame. 1/2 day rates are based on a total of 4 hours. If you need the space longer, you will incur additional charges. Studio overtime is billed at a rate of INR. 900/hour. Ancillary areas (If being used) are included in billing for the operational time frame.

Studio, equipment rentals and supplies are payable at the beginning of each rental day.

 

How to Reserve:

To reserve the studio, a deposit equal to 50% of the rental period is required and will be applied to your rental period. The remainder of the 50% of the rental is to be paid by a post dated cheque, which is to be submitted on the first rental day.

The studio is not considered reserved until the deposit and signed rental contract are received.

 

Rentee Responsibilities:

• Rentee will leave the studio clean and neat just as they found it, furniture put back, all lights, sound system and equipment off. Client agrees to pay any cleaning fees deemed necessary beyond normal use.

• Rentee also agrees that if any equipment, furniture, fixtures, etc. are mishandled, broken, ruined or stolen while rentee is using the studio that they will replace any and all items or pay repair/replacement costs within 24 hours.

• Items left after 7 days will be assumed abandoned and may be discarded or incur half a days rental per day till the time of collection.

• Studio rental and any additional charges will be due upon the submission of the invoice at the end of the rental period.

• Rentee agrees to pay all reasonable attorney's fees and costs which may be incurred in connection with the collection of any unpaid accounts.

• Smoking is prohibited inside the Studio premises. No alcoholic beverages, non-prescription or illegal drugs. No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances.

• Our goal is to ensure that everyone has a safe and reliable Shoot. Rentee, and their party is prohibited from carrying firearms of any kind while at our premises. The usage and carriage of any flammable substances is prohibited as well.

• The consumption of food or beverages (except for water) is prohibited inside the Green Room.

• Any toiletries (in case of skin sensitivities) and towels are to be carried by the Rentee.

• In bid to protect the environment, we do not provide any plastic cutlery. The Rentee is urged to carry or arrange for the necessary cutlery for their team. (In the case of Food Servicing being undertaken by Studio 111 Films, paper & wooden cutlery is provided for.)
   

Cancellation Policy:

If we receive a 48 hours advance notice, no deductions will be made.

For cancellation notices given between 48 and 24 hours prior to Shoot day, a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours remaining prior to Shoot day, no advance payments made will be returned and will be considered as Rental.

Use of Space:

The 1800 sq. ft., which includes the Shoot Bay, Green Room and Open Area is the primary shooting space offered for rental. All other spaces including kitchen, meeting space, patio, and all other locations on the property are considered proprietary space controlled by Studio 111 Films. Use of the proprietary space is subject to prior permission(s) requested or granted.

 

 

Allergen Notice:

In the case of Food Servicing being provided by Studio 111 Films, all food allergies must be informed well in advance.

The Shampoo & Body Wash provided by the Studio is NOT sis or parabens free, in case of sensitivity to the afore mentioned, please carry your own toiletries.

All rates quoted are subject to change. All Studio Rentals for photography, videography/film or events must be negotiated on a per case basis.

 

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

Use of Studio 111 Films's Premises and equipment is at Rentee's risk. Rentee hereby agrees that Studio 111 Films will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential  damage, injury or loss to  Rentee and their crew members or guests, their party or possessions while on the Premises. Rentee holds harmless and indemnifies Studio 111 Films and its owners, agents, representatives, associates, officers, employees, guests and tenants against any suit, claim, loss, accident, judgment, fine, injury or damages, including reasonable attorney's fees. This indemnification shall continue in full force and effect during and after the term of the rental for such causes arising during the term of the rental.

 

CONDUCT

This is a shared studio and we maintain a professional environment. Rentee shall be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying Rentee while on Studio 111 Film's Premises. Rentee agrees that a Studio 111 Films representative may, at Studio 111 Films' sole discretion, be present at all times. If the representative observes or otherwise becomes aware of dangerous, pornographic, illegal or negligent practices or activities, the representative reserves the right to stop the shoot and may require Rentee and Rentee's party to leave immediately. The authorities will be alerted to any illegal activities witnessed by the Studio 111 Films representative. In such case no refund will be given for unused time. However, Studio 111 Films and its representatives assume no responsibility to act in such cases.

 

AGE OF MODELS

Rentee is solely responsible for verifying that all subjects are of legal age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Studio 111 Films has no responsibility to determine or verify the age of participants in the Rentee's activities but reserves the right to demand proof of parental consent if models or subjects are under the age of 18 and to end those activities if Studio 111 Films becomes aware that legal age violations are occurring. Studio 111 Films is not liable in the case of an invalid ID or any other form of age verification.

 

INSURANCE

Businesses, Corporations, Production Companies and other legal entities may be required, prior to rental, to present a certificate of general liability insurance naming Studio 111 Films as additionally insured on the dates of the rental. If so required, Rentee's liability insurance shall be deemed primary and non-contributory insurance in the event of any claim or suit.

 

EQUIPMENT

Studio 111 Films agrees to provide equipment in good working order, but makes no special guarantees as to said equipment's functionality or suitability to Rentee's purposes. Rentee shall notify Studio 111 Films immediately of any malfunction, damage or other issues with the equipment. There is no studio phone service provided. Rentee is advised to bring a cell phone. WiFi internet service is available during the rental period. Code for access will be provided during the rental period.

DAMAGE

Rentee shall be solely responsible for any damage to Studio 111 Films' property or equipment that occurs during the time Rentee or their party occupies the Premises. Damage deposits will be held until repairs can be made. If the damage exceeds the amount of the damage deposit, Rentee agrees to pay reasonable additional repair costs to bring damaged equipment back to working condition. Rentee agrees to pay for damage to the Premises including spills, excessive wear, marks or stains on furniture, fixtures or painted surfaces.

 

ARBITRATION and MISCELLANY

If the parties are unable to resolve any controversy or claim arising under this Agreement, they agree to submit the dispute or claim to binding arbitration subject to the commercial arbitration rules of the Court of Law. This arbitration will take place in Delhi, India.

Rentee shall comply in all respects with all state, city, or other local laws, regulations and ordinances

and all rules and regulations of any governmental authority, in connection with this Agreement. This Agreement incorporates the entire understanding and agreement between Studio 111 Films and Rentee.

 

Any modifications of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. Any waiver of a breach or default hereunder shall not be deemed a waiver of a subsequent breach or default of either the same provision or any other provision of this Agreement.

 

By renting our Space you agree to abide to the Terms & Conditions which constitute a legal and binding Agreement between Rentee and Studio 111 Films.
